This is a required agreement that you enter with Intuitive Life Coaching Academy of the Third Eye (ILCATE). Please read every statement carefully and make sure you understand the terms of this agreement before you sign. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.

 I understand and acknowledge that:

UPDATED CONTACT INFORMATION REQUIREMENT 

I am responsible for providing updated contact information (address, telephone numbers, and e-mail address). ILCATE may communicate important information via email. I will check email regularly and will be responsive to ILCATE and its representatives from the time of registration through the end of the program. 

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS

As a student of ILCATE, I understand that I am allowed three (3) absences from class during the program that I am in. After each absence, I agree to catch up on the work I have missed by watching the recording of the class I was not able to attend, in its entirety. After having watched the recording, I will submit a recap of the missed class to the student portal. Katya Dmitrieva (Director) or another program representative will review and determine if my comprehension of the course materials is sufficient.

Continuity and cohesion among the students are critical for the success of the program. Should I miss more than three (3) classes, I understand that I run the risk of being disqualified from continuing in the program session that I am presently enrolled. Should I be disqualified from the program, I understand that I may still complete the curriculum by attending the next program session that is available. The rules of attendance for the next session will be the same as for the one I am currently in. Should I be disqualified from a second program for not adhering to the attendance policy, I understand that I will not have access to a third program, unless the Director grants an exception.

To gain practicum experience, in addition to class attendance I understand that I am also required to attend a minimum of (3) free group coaching sessions, held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.

CHANGING OR LEAVING SESSIONS

If the current program session does not work for me, I can leave the session and wait to decide on joining a later session within 24 months from the date of this agreement. After 24 months, if I have not joined a new session, my purchase expires, and I will no longer be able to access the program. The withdrawal deadline is fourteen (14) days succeeding the start of the program. For a full program refund I must cancel my registration before the deadline; otherwise, I am still liable for the full program tuition as committed. 

On occasion we may not receive the minimum enrollment required to proceed with an upcoming session. In the rare event that this occurs, you will be rolled into the next available session. In addition, if you have already begun your academy payment plan we will extend 3 free coaching sessions in the interim to be scheduled at your discretion.

REQUIRED CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

 Should I decide to cancel my registration I am responsible for notifying ILCATE immediately in writing. If I fail to notify ILCATE about my withdrawal, I understand that I will be charged fees and non-recoverable costs. Non-payment or non-response to ILCATE communication is NOT a form of cancellation. I will NOT be automatically withdrawn for non-payment or non-response, and I will be responsible for all fees and non-recoverable costs associated with my registration. I must withdraw with ILCATE if I no longer plan to participate. If I fail to pay program fees by the deadline or if I fail to respond to messages from the program, I will still be liable for all fees and non-recoverable costs owed.  

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

My signature signifies my consent and that I have read, and understand this agreement with ILCATE, the "Statement of Understanding", and agree to abide by its terms and conditions.

I understand that upon successful completion of the program, I will receive a certificate of completion from ILCATE. I also agree to finish fulfillment of all financial obligations according to my payment plan. However, if I fail to complete my payments according to the agreed-upon schedule, ILCATE reserves the right to revoke my certificate until such time that my financial obligations are met. I acknowledge that ILCATE may notify relevant third parties, such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF), of the revocation of my certificate if I fail to fulfill my financial responsibilities.

I will be participating in the Intuitive Life Coaching Certification program offered through Intuitive Life Coaching Academy of the Third Eye (ILCATE). I am subject to the Director's requirements for attendance and participation in classes or other activities that are a required part of the program. Therefore, I will solely be responsible for my own safety and cannot hold ILCATE liable for any injuries to my person, property or any other losses as a result of my participation in the program and understand and agree to the Waiver of Liability below.
